Welcome to Jungle Runners (“Game”), published by Afterlife Games. By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Licence and permitted use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms, Meta platform rules, and applicable law.

2. Intellectual property

All content, software, code, graphics, audio, gameplay systems, branding, and other materials included in the Game are owned by Afterlife Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell the Game;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game;
  • Create cheats, hacks, bots, or unauthorized modifications;
  • Remove copyright notices;
  • Use pirated or unauthorized versions of the Game.

3. Player conduct

Players must not harass, threaten, exploit, abuse, cheat, or negatively impact the experience of others. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms or platform rules.

4. Data We Collect

Jungle Runners collects and processes information necessary to provide multiplayer gameplay, leaderboards, cosmetics, progression systems, moderation, and support services.

Data collected may include:

  • Meta Account Information and User IDs — used to identify players, authenticate accounts, provide multiplayer functionality, save progression, and support moderation systems.
  • Player Display Names / Usernames — used for multiplayer sessions, social interactions, scoreboards, and leaderboard displays.
  • Leaderboard Data — including scores, rankings, statistics, and placements used for competitive gameplay.
  • Cosmetic and Customization Data — including owned cosmetics, equipped cosmetics, unlocks, avatar selections, and progression data.
  • Purchase and Subscription Information — used to verify purchases, restore entitlements, and provide purchased content.
  • Gameplay and Diagnostic Data — including crash reports, analytics, performance metrics, gameplay events, and error logs used to improve stability and gameplay quality.
  • Moderation and Enforcement Data — including reports, anti-cheat records, bans, and enforcement actions used to investigate abuse or cheating.
  • Networking and Session Data — information necessary to establish multiplayer sessions and online connectivity.

Player data used for multiplayer services, progression systems, cosmetics, account systems, and leaderboard functionality is processed through third-party providers including Meta platform services, Photon networking services, and PlayFab backend services.

5. How We Use Data

  • Operate and maintain the Game;
  • Provide multiplayer networking and online play;
  • Save progression and cloud data;
  • Store and display leaderboard rankings;
  • Provide cosmetics and customization systems;
  • Verify purchases and subscriptions;
  • Detect cheating, abuse, fraud, and piracy;
  • Moderate player behaviour and enforce bans;
  • Investigate reports and improve player safety;
  • Improve performance, balancing, and stability;
  • Meet legal obligations and platform requirements.

6. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

Afterlife Games does not directly operate or maintain its own backend systems for player account storage, multiplayer storage, cosmetics ownership systems, progression systems, or leaderboard infrastructure.

Player account data and online gameplay-related information required to operate Jungle Runners is primarily processed and stored through third-party providers used by the Game, including PlayFab and Photon.

These providers process and store information required to provide multiplayer networking, progression systems, cloud saves, cosmetics, moderation systems, and account-related services.

Limited information may still be stored locally on player devices where necessary for functionality, preferences, caching, or platform-required features.

  • Meta — authentication, purchases, platform systems, and social features.
  • Photon — multiplayer networking, sessions, and connectivity.
  • PlayFab — accounts, progression, cloud saves, cosmetics, analytics, and leaderboards.

7. Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Game, maintain multiplayer systems, cosmetics ownership, progression, moderation systems, comply with legal obligations, and support player accounts.

Player account information processed through PlayFab is retained only while required for account functionality and gameplay-related services.

Data is retained while required for account functionality and is automatically removed when no longer required or upon approved deletion request.

Information processed by third-party providers may also be subject to their own retention practices and platform requirements.

8. Data Deletion Requests

Players may request removal of account-related data at any time by contacting support.

Include enough information to identify your account such as your Meta display name or player identifier.

Account data requests may include removal of:

  • Cloud saves
  • Leaderboard entries
  • Stored progression
  • Owned cosmetics
  • Customization data
  • Associated gameplay account data

Some information may be retained for moderation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security purposes.

9. Children and Age Restrictions

The Game follows Meta platform age restrictions and platform requirements.

10. Updates to this Policy

Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
